Abstract

This article presents the main aspect of the processes for Change Management in organizations in the context of globalizations, seeking to highlight theoretical background. It can be state, that the widespread phenomenon of globalization causes more frequent changes in organizations. The purpose of the analysis of changes in management processes is to discuss the changes in management organizations in the processes of globalization under the conditions of theoretical insights. The article is conceptually based on the fact that changes in organizations can be managed through general change management models, but ensuring the continuity of change management processes.

An explanation of the processes of change management in organizations is explained by the introduction of new components and a matrix of process in changes management in organizations was constructed.
