The perspective path of implementation of the innovative resource in the content of professional training of a future pedagogue-musician is seen in the creation inside a university arts educational environment the space for free self-identification of a personality on the basis of such leading principles of freedom pedagogy as the principle of self-worth of a personality and the principle of freedom. The essential characteristics of these principles are: recognition of each personality as the starting point and at the same time the main goal and the main result of the educational process. This means the aiming of the latter at preserving and developing the personal image of each student, providing all the necessary conditions for a personality self-realization in the process of professional training to implement the individual trajectory in its professional development. Appeal to the outlined problems is stipulated by the fact that domestic scientists undertake to actualize the matter of renewal of arts and, in particular, musical pedagogic education in Ukraine, in order to bring it in line with the current in the European educational space humanistic cultural paradigm of education, aimed at individual development, free choice and self-organization of a person, and at introduction of a qualitatively new, innovation-based approach to professional training of a future pedagogue-musician. In view of the scientific approaches of the leading domestic scientists that take place in the theory and practice of modern national arts education as concerns the training of specialists in the field of arts (Oleksiuk, A.
